BH Management seeks a Dual-Site Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties. What You'll Do11
- 1Inspect properties regularly to verify compliance with safety industry and regulatory standards
- 2Identify operational improvements and suggest solutions for efficiency and profitability
- 3Analyze market trends and implement marketing leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals
- 4Monitor traffic logs budget guidelines renewal information and marketing data for accurate reporting
- 5Develop resident retention strategies and respond to resident concerns promptly
- 6Manage repair and maintenance requests ensuring timely responses and verification
- 7Oversee preventative maintenance programs according to BH guidelines
- 8Partner with Regional Manager to create income and expense budgets aligned with owner objectives
- 9Process payables and purchase orders accurately while reviewing vendor statements
- 10Prepare weekly monthly operational reports covering petty cash variances leasing renewals and finances
- 11Hire train supervisors develop and mentor staff while conducting performance evaluations
Requirements7
- 15+ years in property management leadership roles
- 2Ability to travel between two sites by car
- 3Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong technology proficiency
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Prior leadership experience required
- 6High School or GED with some college preference
- 7State leasing license or ability to obtain it within legal timeframe where required
