Driver, Fine Art Logistics & Installations
Overview
Lead the safe transportation, packing, and installation of high-value furniture and artwork in a fast-paced, client-focused environment at our Dallas location. You will work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and report to the Operations Manager. This role rewards precision, professionalism, and teamwork in a global leader's operations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and relay project and installation information with team members to ensure alignment and timely execution
- 2Lead team meetings focused on operations planning and performance goals to drive results
- 3Prepare and manage documentation including Condition Reports, BOLs, Invoices and matrices for accurate costing
- 4Track labor hours, tools and materials to support accurate job costing and invoicing
- 5Tag, photograph, measure, inventory and consolidate items for secure storage and transport
- 6Maintain cleanliness and readiness of trucks and installation kits to support operations
- 7Train and mentor team members in handling, packing, moving and installation of furniture and artwork
- 8Ensure client property is handled and transported per company standards and best practices
- 9Identify and resolve challenges during installations and relocations
- 10Operate required tools and equipment safely and comply with driver safety standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 22–3 years of experience in moving, packing, delivery, installation, or related field
- 3Previous customer service and leadership experience preferred
- 4Ability to read, understand, and interpret documents
- 5Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 6Basic math proficiency
- 7Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
- 8Valid Texas Driver's license with current insurance
- 9Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform related tasks
- 10Willingness to travel between client locations and sites as needed
Salary Insight
$42 - $52k per year
