Artwork Installer / Delivery Driver
Overview
You own the final step of the customer experience: delivering and installing framed artwork across the Chicagoland area. As part of Chicago's largest custom framing service with over 46 years of operation, you work independently or with a team, handling installation in homes and businesses. You solve display problems creatively and deliver legendary service that turns clients into repeat customers.
What You'll Do5
- 1Deliver framed artwork to client locations throughout Chicagoland, ensuring safe transport and on-time arrival.
- 2Install artwork in homes and businesses, using tools and techniques to achieve precise placement and leveling.
- 3Assist customers with creative display ideas, suggesting layouts that match their space and décor.
- 4Provide clear communication with the sales team and management while in the field, updating job status and addressing any issues.
- 5Own the customer experience from arrival to final placement, leaving a lasting positive impression.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of art installation or skilled in-home service experience
- 2Excellent math and customer service skills
- 3Excellent driving record and knowledge of Chicago streets
- 4Weekend hours and occasional overtime required
- 5Willingness to travel outside Chicago on occasion
- 6Degree in Art or Design preferred
- 7Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
