Design Support Associate, Delivery Driver at Dr Delphinium Designs & Events
Overview
Own on-site design operations and product movement at scale with a hands-on, service-minded approach. You’ll partner with operations, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth support functions from receiving shipments to on-site installations. This role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be located in Dallas and contribute to client-facing experiences with preparation, organization, and timely delivery.
What You'll Do14
- 1Build and manage day-to-day design operations including restocking, shipping/receiving, and supply movement
- 2Inventory monitoring and low stock communication to management
- 3Coordinate receiving shipments at the dock and organize warehouse materials
- 4Restock glassware and floral supplies in the design center
- 5Maintain a clean, safe work environment by removing trash and recycling
- 6Coordinate product transfers between store locations and deliver arrangements to corporate clients
- 7Support designers with placing or transporting completed arrangements
- 8Keep warehouse and design areas clean, organized, and swept daily
- 9Act as a liaison between sales and design during on-site client installations
- 10Assist with staffing coordination for weekly accounts and weekend installations
- 11Help train and coach Design Support staff and provide feedback when needed
- 12Support Events and Holiday teams during large installations
- 13Maintain a neat, professional, client-facing appearance at all times
- 14Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- 3Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
- 4Able to lift and carry 40 50 lbs
- 5Comfortable working in cold environments (32 F) for extended periods
- 6Able to work independently and as part of a team
- 7Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- 8Valid Driver License
- 9Clean driving record
- 10Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- 11Delivery Experience preferred
- 12Tobacco-free workplace adherence during working hours
- 13Must pass a drug test and background check
