You will own material delivery and customer support across Houston and surrounding areas, operating stake bed trucks, pickup trucks, and 24ft construction trailers. What You'll Do9
- 1Drive stake bed trucks, pickup trucks, and 24ft construction trailers on assigned routes across Houston and surrounding areas.
- 2Operate a forklift to load and unload materials safely and accurately.
- 3Assist customers with unloading and verify delivery accuracy against packing slips.
- 4Inspect vehicles before and after trips, reporting any maintenance issues.
- 5Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- 6Plan daily routes to meet delivery deadlines without compromising safety.
- 7Communicate with dispatch on delivery status, delays, or issues.
- 8Complete delivery logs and paperwork accurately for each shift.
- 9Maintain a clean and organized truck and worksite.
Requirements9
- 12+ years of professional driving experience with stake bed or flatbed trucks.
- 2Valid Class A or Class B CDL with DOT medical card.
- 31+ year of forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
- 4Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- 5Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (loading, unloading, securing cargo).
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Familiarity with Houston and surrounding roadways.
- 8Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
