- 11Maintains clean production and donor areas
- 12Supports organizational programs and events
- 13Contributes to additional tasks and projects
- 14Promotes workplace safety compliance
- 15Operates material handling equipment safely
- 16Reports safety hazards to Production Manager
Requirements11
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2Ability to speak, hear, read, and write
- 3Proficiency in English for donor interaction
- 4Neat and positive appearance
- 5Strong customer service skills
- 6Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 7Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds frequently
- 8Experience with forklifts and industrial equipment
- 9Knowledge of safety protocols and hazard reporting
- 10Good vision and hearing meeting standards
- 11Forklift license or certification potential
