What You'll Do11
- 1Greet donors with cheerful disposition
- 2Perform GRATIS procedures including greet receipt and assist unloading
- 3Sort donations into hardlines or softlines promptly
- 4Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records
- 5Communicate effectively with manager and transportation department
- 6Assist with loading unloading donations and equipment
- 7Maintain safety and security of team members and property
- 8Perform janitorial tasks and keep work areas clean
- 9Follow all GWH policies and safety regulations
- 10Adapt to change and work in fast-paced environment
- 11Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork
Requirements10
- 15+ years customer service experience
- 2Ability to communicate with diverse personalities
- 3Strong communication skills
- 4Retail sales experience preferred
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Reliable transportation
- 7Flexible schedule availability
- 8Physical stamina to stand and move throughout day
