We seek a high-energy District Manager to drive business performance and mentor talent in our fast-growing bakery café chain. This role leads corporate café operations in Atlanta while supporting franchise partners and scaling a high-performing concept. The ideal candidate excels in financial planning and staff development.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive revenue cash flow and profitability across district cafés through financial planning and P&L oversight
- 2Lead corporate talent development and provide continuous coaching for café managers
- 3Support franchise owners with training curricula and performance management tools
- 4Maintain high operational standards through regular inspections and sanitation practices
- 5Execute local marketing strategies using POS systems and inventory planning tools
- 6Serve as a visible brand ambassador embodying warmth and community values
- 7Travel across all local locations to ensure consistent service standards
Requirements6
- 15–7 years progressive operational experience in high-volume retail or hospitality settings
- 23–5 years direct multi-unit management of managers and decentralized teams
- 3Hands-on experience with P&L management inventory forecasting and POS systems
- 4Bachelor's degree or equivalent multi-unit management experience
- 5Proven leadership with high emotional intelligence and adaptive management style
- 6Ability to travel throughout district locations for corporate and franchise engagements
Salary Insight
$100 - $115k per year
