What You'll Do14
- 1Manage all aspects of café operations ensuring efficiency and consistency in service delivery
- 2Drive sales growth manage COGS and control labor costs to achieve profitability targets
- 3Review and analyze daily financial performance and partner with leadership to implement improvements
- 4Oversee scheduling ordering and inventory management and reporting
- 5Lead coach and inspire a team of up to 25 employees hire onboard evaluate and terminate staff and conduct monthly performance reviews
- 6Foster a positive collaborative work environment where accountability and hospitality thrive
- 7Ensure every guest feels welcomed respected and valued by investigating and resolving concerns professionally
- 8Maintain café aesthetics aligned with lifestyle brand
- 9Partner with Regional Directors and maman office team on SOPs menu launches and marketing initiatives
- 10Provide insights to leadership regarding staffing needs market trends and operational improvements
- 11Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- 12Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets labor and costs effectively
- 13Proficiency with Toast Harri and 3rd-party delivery platforms
- 14Valid food handler’s certification and strong commitment to food safety

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified
