- 6Upgrade and improve cafe operations when needed maintain quality of product and service
- 7Adhere to cafe systems and processes to accomplish day-to-day operations
- 8Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations
- 9Coach and follow up with team members to ensure the cafe adheres to operational standards
- 10Safeguard the team by maintaining a healthy and safe workplace environment and culture
- 11Manage Team Member labor and help cafe maintain profitability
- 12Assist General Manager in maintaining cafe costs and inventory

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 35+ years certified in all manager areas of responsibility Channel Food etc
- 4ServSafe certified
- 5Minimum age 18 years
- 6Background check passed
