What You'll Do9
- 1Hire train and mentor Store Managers and their teams fostering accountability respect feedback and high performance
- 2Ensure compliance with brand standards construction processes health permits and safety protocols acting as liaison between brand construction retailer and ECC
- 3Monitor customer satisfaction metrics implement improvements conduct regular store visits and audits
- 4Manage labor and food costs meet budget targets drive sales growth via local marketing oversee cash handling and banking procedures
- 5Implement new product rollouts and promotional campaigns analyze performance data develop action plans collaborate with cross-functional teams
- 6Develop succession plans execute talent development strategies
- 7Lead strategic execution align operations with business goals
- 8Analyze performance data create action plans address gaps collaborate with cross-functional teams
- 9Travel between locations day trips overnight up to 70 percent
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multi-unit restaurant management roles in QSR grocery or Dunkin
- 3Valid driver’s license ability to travel between locations
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- 5Strong leadership communication mentoring and problem-solving skills
- 6Experience with operational and financial management in rapid growth environments
- 7Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary Insight
$60 - $80k per year
