Distribution Center Operations Manager - Austin E-Commerce Fulfillment

Fringe Sport seeks an E-commerce Fulfillment Manager to own daily execution of the Austin fulfillment operation. This hands‑on leadership role requires thriving in fast‑moving environments, leading people, and maintaining performance during volume spikes or staffing gaps. You will lead the DC through Inventory/Inbound Lead and Outbound Lead, ensure accurate shipping, and continuously improve execution.

Own the full operation of a high-volume distribution center in Fort Worth, TX, shipping apparel to wholesale customers across North America. You will lead 100+ hourly and management staff across receiving, inventory, and shipping, with direct accountability for cost reduction, productivity, and safety compliance. Report to the General Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement WMS and automation upgrades. This role is the strategic backbone of a multi-billion-dollar supply chain, where your decisions directly impact customer satisfaction and growth.

You will own shift-level execution across outlet, warehouse, and dock functions at a high-volume distribution center, coordinating workflow and serving as the on-floor expert. You will train and coach team members while reinforcing safety and SOPs, and you will step in for the Assistant Site Manager when needed. This role is a working lead position, not a supervisor, so you'll stay hands-on while keeping operations moving. You'll be the go-to person for real-time problem solving, equipment checks, and opening and closing procedures.

You will own the entire inbound operation at a large e-commerce distribution center, spanning multiple shifts and a team of up to 12 managers. Direct the receiving and inventory control departments, holding front-line leaders accountable for safety, quality, and productivity. Partner with the General Manager to hit operational metrics and drive continuous improvement. 5+ years of operations management experience and a track record of developing leaders will set you apart here.

You will own daily warehouse operations for a growing supply chain team in Dallas, Texas, managing a team of handlers and drivers to meet customer delivery deadlines. You will lead receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment while enforcing safety compliance across the floor.
