Dissemination Specialist Team Lead, Intelligence & Security Cleared
Overview
Team Lead role overseeing dissemination of intelligence products across security domains at Fort Belvoir. Lead a small group, coordinate cross-domain dissemination, and ensure metadata generation aligns with government standards. You will use government tools like DDT, CORE, and PCN DB, plus MS Office, on onsite operations. The position requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience guiding teams through complex security classifications.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead a team to manage movement of intelligence products between security domains and verify user clearances
- 2Oversee posting of products to approved individuals and sites and ensure access controls
- 3Log potential security incidents and maintain site SOPs in accordance with policy guidance
- 4Ensure timely, accurate metadata generation and modification using Government tools including DDT CORE PCN DB and MS Office
- 5Perform cross-domain product dissemination on approved networks and register products into approved repositories
- 6Develop and deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- 7Draft and maintain SOPs and generate reports with text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- 8Instruct and collaborate with small groups on data requirements and coordination tasks
- 9Provide guidance on metadata standards and governance
- 10Mentor and oversee subordinates in intelligence planning processing analysis and dissemination
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience in intelligence disciplines
- 212+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in recent DoD or IC roles
- 34 years leading a team and managing work tasks in intelligence planning processing analysis or dissemination
- 4Strong experience with complex security classification decisions including coalition partner support foreign disclosure and cross-domain operations
- 5Proven ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- 6Demonstrated ability to draft maintain SOPs and produce reports with text and graphics
- 7In-depth knowledge of metadata and governance for intelligence products
- 8Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint 2013+ and government metadata tools (DDT CORE PCN DB)
- 9Current DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- 10Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
