Content Site Manager Senior, Intelligence & Knowledge Management
Overview
Content Site Manager leads knowledge management and information sharing initiatives for analytic production at scale within the IC DoD environment. They align processes and technology across centralized and peripheral data stores to improve search, discovery, storage, and retrieval. The role requires handling dissemination of intelligence products across networks and portals and advancing analytic rigor and tradecraft standards. This position is onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA and requires TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and shape workflows to improve information sharing for analysts and organizations across multiple networks
- 2Design and implement knowledge management capabilities including search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data
- 3Identify performance and usage metrics, compile reports, and define future requirements for knowledge management systems
- 4Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals to ensure timely access
- 5Coordinate with teams to advance tradecraft standards and analytic rigor in produced intelligence
- 6Drive independent analysis and review analytic products for cogent arguments and adequate support
- 7Lead efforts to align processes and technology with mission requirements and stakeholder needs
- 8Own the continuous improvement of content management, records management, and data governance processes
- 9Scale collaboration across organizational and intra-IC boundaries to share best practices
- 10Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements while coordinating with DoD/IC partners
Requirements5
- 110+ years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
- 2Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint
- 3Bachelor's degree in a related field OR an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience OR a High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
- 4Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- 5Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight
