Intelligence Management Specialist (Mid-Level) - TS/SCI
Overview
You will own the full lifecycle of intelligence data flow in a Fort Meade mission environment. You will run RFI tracking, document accuracy reviews, and cross-domain transfers for analysts, engineers, and scientists. You will coordinate with security to clear visitors and build read-ahead books for high-stakes briefings. This role demands 8+ years of intelligence support experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will work onsite in Washington, DC with a direct impact on national security operations.
What You'll Do7
- 1Review intelligence documents for accuracy and correct format before distribution to mission partners.
- 2Respond to staff requests for accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting intelligence data.
- 3Manage the full cycle of Requests for Information (RFI) and task actions, from intake to closure and reporting.
- 4Prepare correspondence, read-ahead documents, and briefing materials for program management meetings.
- 5Coordinate with security to ensure guest access is approved and build meeting books for official functions.
- 6Support cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination across TS/SCI systems.
- 7Track task actions in JIRA and escalate blockers to leadership within 24 hours.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- 28+ years of intelligence management or analysis experience, with at least 2 years within the last 2 years.
- 3Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (ability to obtain CI Poly may be considered).
- 4Hands-on experience with RFI management and intelligence reporting tools.
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document production.
- 6Experience coordinating with security offices for visitor access and clearance verification.
- 7Familiarity with intelligence dissemination systems such as JWICS or SIPRNet.
