What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee all dispatch operations in real time, assigning trips based on driver location and service level.
- 2Lead and train a team of dispatchers, holding them accountable for accurate trip execution.
- 3Build and adjust dispatcher schedules to guarantee 24/7 coverage, including nights and weekends.
- 4Monitor live fleet activity via GPS tracking systems, resolving delays before they impact clients.
- 5Serve as the primary escalation point for service disruptions, coordinating swift solutions.
- 6Coordinate high-volume corporate, airport, and event logistics with precision.
- 7Maintain seamless communication between dispatch, chauffeurs, reservations, and management.

Requirements6
- 13+ years dispatch experience in limousine, black car, or chauffeured transportation.
- 2Prior management or supervisory experience over dispatchers or operational staff.
- 3Proven ability to manage schedules in a 24/7 operation with extended hours.
- 4Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
- 5Proficiency with dispatch and fleet management software.
- 6In-depth knowledge of Philadelphia and surrounding regional geography.
