Overview
Own daily kitchen cleanliness at scale within a high-volume environment. You will maintain dishes, cookware, and prep areas to ensure sanitary operations. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain orderly, sanitary dishwashing areas and equipment
- 2Wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand or in dishwashing machines
- 3Polish silverware and maintain high cleanliness standards
- 4Ensure temperatures and chemical levels meet safety guidelines
- 5Sweep and mop kitchen floors and clean work surfaces
- 6Remove trash and manage waste disposal safely
- 7Transfer supplies between storage and work areas
- 8Assist with loading and unloading supplies as needed
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1Previous high-volume dishwashing experience
- 2Food Handler's card required
- 3Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 4Willingness to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks
- 5Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive motions
