- 8Recruits interviews hires and trains staff
- 9Assesses employee progress and conducts coaching sessions
- 10Provides excellent customer service and monitors guest feedback
- 11Integrates spa and fitness facility into overall club operations
- 12Performs competitive analysis to position spa in the market
- 13Selects vendors for spa retail and manages contracts
- 14Oversees product research and purchasing
- 15Monitors spa sales to meet revenue goals
- 16Develops service and retail goals for staff
- 17Establishes seasonal utilization budgets and payroll management
- 18Specifies professional product usage and implements inventory control
- 19Provides financial information for accurate reporting
- 20Ensures effective inventory system with par stock levels
- 21Maintains records of staff and vendors

- 23Completes reservation procedures using spa software
Requirements10
- 15+ years managing luxury resort properties
- 25+ years hospitality industry experience
- 31 approved industry certification
- 4College degree in hospitality or related field
- 5Minimum 5-10 years spa operations experience
- 6Experience with luxury brand products such as skin care haircare and nail care
- 7Active membership in International Spa Association Florida Spa & Wellness Association
- 8Membership in Sports & Fitness Industry Association
