  • 9Collaborate with Director of Sales Marketing and Events to align pricing sales and revenue goals
  • 10Work with Reservations Front Office to optimize inventory controls and booking accuracy
  • 11Analyze channel performance supporting direct bookings third-party production and distribution costs
  • 12Maintain awareness of San Francisco market trends competition citywide compression and economic conditions
  • 13Identify revenue risks and opportunities across transient group contract wholesale and corporate segments
  • 14Support budgeting business planning and monthly forecasting processes
  • 15Present revenue reports analysis forecasts and performance updates to leadership stakeholders
  • 16Ensure rate loading content accuracy availability and distribution integrity
  • 17Partner with Finance Operations to understand profitability labor impacts and operational considerations
  • 18Monitor performance against budget forecast and market share goals
  • 19Support Hyatt revenue management standards systems and best practices
  • 20Develop and mentor revenue colleagues as assigned

Requirements5

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading revenue management initiatives in luxury hotel environments
  • 35+ years experience with hotel revenue management principles including forecasting pricing and inventory controls
  • 43-5 years managing group contracts wholesale partnerships and corporate accounts
  • 52-5 years collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue outcomes
