- 5Lead safety sanitation and community maintenance programs
- 6Maintain strong relationships with employees guests and clients
- 7Perform additional duties as assigned
- 8Drive process improvements and operational scalability
- 9Manage staff through participative leadership approaches
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2At least 3 years relevant experience
- 3Strong leadership and communication skills
- 4Excellent stress management administrative and organizational abilities
- 5Proficiency with Windows office applications
- 6Experience in food service operations
- 7Familiarity with AWS Kubernetes React containerization
