What You'll Do11
- 1Communicate between shifts to ensure task completion
- 2Train workers in janitorial methods and equipment operation
- 3Issue supplies and equipment to maintain quality delivery
- 4Perform daily inspections and follow up on assignments
- 5Cross train personnel for multiple roles
- 6Hold weekly staff reports and inspections
- 7Meet with staff to review progress and future projects
- 8Secure buildings after work completion
- 9Guide project execution to meet timelines and budgets
- 10Report budgetary issues
- 11Coordinate with facility management to align services
Requirements11
- 1College degree preferred
- 21-2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping or service fields
- 3Strong work ethic and initiative for quality
- 4Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- 5Ability to engage and motivate staff
- 6Understanding of budgeting and profit loss concepts
- 7Valid driver's license for vehicle operation
- 8Experience with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 9Proficiency in AWS Certified solutions
- 10Familiarity with Kubernetes for infrastructure management
- 11Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
