Maintain clean and neat appearance of assigned areas. Report all problems to supervisor. Team work expected. Duties subject to change.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design cleaning schedules for properties
- 2Scale cleaning operations based on occupancy needs
- 3Drive resident satisfaction through exceptional service
- 4Own daily operations of housekeeping department
- 5Debug cleaning workflow inefficiencies
- 6Scale sanitation protocols across multiple locations
- 7Utilize new equipment following safety procedures
- 8Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- 9Drive communication between staff and management
- 10Clean and organize storage areas and carts
- 11Disinfect equipment using germicides or steam sterilizers
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in residential cleaning
- 3Knowledge of AWS Certified solutions
- 4Understanding of CPC Card certification requirements
- 5Ability to manage teams and supervise staff

$33k per year
