What You'll Do11
- 1Build schedules for 20-30 hour weekly shifts
- 2Drive routes covering multiple residential locations
- 3Supervise subcontractors during peak demand periods
- 4Implement safety protocols for equipment operation
- 5Maintain detailed logs of completed cleaning tasks
- 6Develop training materials for new hires
- 7Analyze productivity metrics to identify improvement areas
- 8Coordinate with dispatch team for last minute changes
- 9Ensure all client properties meet brand standards
- 10Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- 11Provide feedback to corporate office about operational challenges
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year cleaning experience required
- 3Driver`s License required
- 4Own car with valid insurance
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Background check accepted
