Director of Hospitality Operations Las Vegas Distillery
Overview
Lead guest experience at Las Vegas Distillery scaling regional growth. Own all guest-facing operations including food beverage and events. Drive expansion increasing capacity threefold. Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate brand and revenue.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and oversee bar cocktail program sourcing pricing inventory and service with deep spirits knowledge
- 2Partner with Lead Bartender and Kitchen Manager on menu items and seasonal specials
- 3Oversee bottle and merchandise sales promoting products as souvenirs and gifts
- 4Manage hospitality staff scheduling payroll and tip pool administration
- 5Hold full P&L accountability including revenue cost of goods labor margin improvement inventory accuracy and waste control
- 6Oversee daily till reconciliation and bank deposits with comp and void authority
- 7Coordinate marketing PR and special events teams informing them of food beverage specials and tracking performance
- 8Maintain facility appearance coordinating maintenance vendors and supplies
- 9Track craft spirits cocktail culture and hospitality trends to stay competitive
Requirements8
- 1Food Handler Card valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
- 2Alcohol Awareness TAM card valid Nevada alcohol awareness certification
- 3Food Handler Manager Card obtained upon start
- 4Proven hands-on leadership of bar restaurant and hospitality team with P&L accountability and scheduling experience
- 5Deep knowledge of bar cocktail programs food beverage operations and inventory management
- 6Track record delivering exceptional guest experiences resulting in repeat visits and revenue growth
- 7Experience managing private events banquets or VIP hospitality services
- 8Comfortable working onsite in Henderson Nevada weekends and event nights
