Overview
Liquor World Las Vegas seeks a Key Holder to own store opening and closing operations across Strip locations. You will manage daily cash handling, system startups, and team coordination in the absence of the manager. You will drive guest satisfaction and uphold operational standards at high-volume retail sites. Join a family-owned business expanding across the resort corridor with 10+ locations and immediate openings.
What You'll Do10
- 1Open and close the store independently, including systems startups and cash handling.
- 2Coach team members on warehouse and vendor ordering, including receiving deliveries.
- 3Register all sales on assigned cash registers, resolving scanning errors, price inquiries, modifications, and voids.
- 4Assist management with displays and resets for promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- 5Maintain accurate inventory counts in departments, receiving, and overstock locations.
- 6Enforce the Outdate program, ensuring expired products are removed.
- 7Train staff on job functions, policies, and procedures, supporting career growth.
- 8Oversee HR duties such as hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
- 9Manage basic department pricing and daily price changes, ensuring proper signage.
- 10Ensure compliance with state and local laws on regulated products, including team bag checks.
Requirements7
- 121+ years old or older.
- 2Valid Health Card and TAM Card or ability to obtain.
- 3Flexible schedule for opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 4Commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
- 5Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Prior retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
