What You'll Do11
- 1Own the annual operating plan and periodic reforecasts
- 2Maintain the cloud-based planning platform Planful
- 3Oversee consolidated financial model including COGS balance sheet cash flow and corporate planning assumptions
- 4Oversee company-wide KPI reporting on a daily weekly and monthly cadence
- 5Prepare ad-hoc financial models and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
- 6Serve as primary finance business partner to Sales Operations Supply Chain Car Wash and Corporate functions
- 7Own monthly executive business review package including financial results variance analysis and forward-looking insights
- 8Support board meeting materials investor requests bank reporting and covenant compliance certificates
- 9Partner with Assistant Controller on monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- 10Identify and drive productivity opportunities including AI tool adoption
- 11Lead financing activities due diligence and quality of earnings analyses
Requirements8
- 1BS in Business Accounting or related field with minimum 10 years direct FP&A experience
- 2Prior FP&A Director experience at a $250M+ revenue company preferred
- 3Experience in private equity-backed environments or supporting lender/investor reporting
- 4Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
- 5Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with PowerBI and Power Query required
- 6Experience with Oracle Fusion Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based ERPs
- 7Strong communication and presentation skills with proven leadership in fast-paced settings
- 8Ability to work extended hours during month-end close budgeting and reforecast cycles
