You will own the Front of House experience at a high-volume Texas Roadhouse, ensuring legendary service during peak hours and beyond. You will work directly with the Service Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will train and cross-train employees, manage schedules, and enforce compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. This role stands out for its hands-on approach: you will jump into serving, hosting, or cooking as needed to set the pace. You will lead the flow of service using POS systems and Venue Valet technology, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams. This role combines customer interaction with operational execution, offering a fast start in hospitality. You will gain certification as a Title 4/eTips holder and Food Handlers within 30 days, working in a collaborative team environment.
