What You'll Do11
- 1Manage product development process from design concepts to manufacturing release
- 2Create technical documentation including concept documents and system specifications
- 3Conduct specification and design reviews documenting results throughout development
- 4Develop project plans with schedules and budgets for complex initiatives
- 5Oversee motor control systems using embedded processors and various peripherals
- 6Support PCB design with EMC EMI mitigation techniques
- 7Guide component selection for high temperature environments and thermal management
- 8Lead new product introduction and manage product lifecycle support
- 9Execute designs using DxDesigner and Allegro for layout and schematic capture
- 10Perform robust testing validation and documentation for design verification
- 11Lead engineering team through performance reviews and hiring
Requirements11
- 1BS Degree in Electronic Electrical Engineering
- 2Minimum 5 years design experience in analog digital electronics power systems
- 3Specific experience designing high power motor controllers and regulators
- 4Familiarity with RS232 RS485 CAN bus ModBus USB Ethernet I2C Wi-Fi Bluetooth interfaces
- 5Experience developing project plans schedules and budgets for complex development projects
- 6Proven track record delivering quality products on time within budget
- 7Mathematical modeling and simulation skills using PSPICE and MATLAB/SIMULINK
- 8Collaboration with local and remote development organizations
- 9Knowledge of EMC EMI mitigation through design practices
- 10Methodical approach to problem solving
- 11Strong oral and written communication abilities
