What You'll Do11
- 1Plan manage and guide contracted services to meet client objectives and financial goals
- 2Direct daily café operations catering programs and hospitality services
- 3Provide strategic leadership for front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- 4Drive operational excellence service consistency and continuous process improvement
- 5Communicate effectively with clients executives and cross-functional partners
- 6Build and maintain strong client relationships anticipating customer needs
- 7Lead coach and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- 8Manage client and community relationships assess operations and develop improvement plans
- 9Build develop and lead management teams to carry out organizational objectives
- 10Recommend methods resources and implementation for service improvement and growth
- 11Partner with Finance manage budgets and improve operational productivity
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Hospitality Facilities or Business Management preferred
- 2Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 3Proven experience leading through other managers
- 4Experience managing department budgets financial controls and analysis
- 5Experience crafting product sales strategies and operational programs
- 6Significant hospitality industry experience
- 7Physical stamina including lifting bending walking and standing
- 8Knowledge of PPE and uniform requirements
Salary Insight
$120 - $125k per year
