What You'll Do8

  • 1Drive daily breakroom operations, from food prep to service, ensuring food quality and sanitation meet Health Department standards.
  • 2Build and manage the operating budget, tracking costs and identifying opportunities to improve profitability without compromising quality.
  • 3Coach and develop the breakroom team, from scheduling to performance reviews, fostering a culture of culinary creativity and accountability.
  • 4Collaborate with the management team to align breakroom goals with broader account objectives and client expectations.
  • 5Maintain strong relationships with guests and client contacts, proactively addressing feedback and adjusting service accordingly.
  • 6Implement and enforce safety protocols and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with sector standards and regulations.
  • 7Plan and execute seasonal menus and promotions, incorporating current culinary trends and client preferences.
  • 8Monitor inventory and supply levels, placing orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.

Requirements7

  • 1Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 23+ years of management experience in food service or a related field.
  • 3Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and budgeting.
  • 4Solid understanding of kitchen practices, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • 5Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to staff, guests, and clients.
  • 6Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • 7Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
