Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering Business Management or related field
- 2Minimum 10 years construction operations or project management experience
- 3Minimum 5 years leadership managing teams portfolios or operations
- 4Proven experience managing multiple projects budgets schedules change orders and customer relationships
- 5Strong understanding of project management field operations contract administration procurement risk management and financial controls
- 6Experience supporting annual construction revenue of $50 million preferred
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office Procore Vista Bluebeam Kojo and construction management technology
- 8Valid driver’s license ability to travel to project sites customer locations and meetings
