What You'll Do4
- 1Provide executive leadership and oversight for multiple commercial construction projects aligning with company goals client expectations budgets schedules and quality standards
- 2Develop and implement program and project plans including scope definition resource allocation schedule optimization risk management and cost control
- 3Lead and mentor project managers superintendents and cross-functional teams establishing clear roles performance expectations and professional development plans
- 4Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact for strategic communications contract negotiations and issue resolution maintaining strong client relationships and pursuing business growth opportunities
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field with advanced degree preferred
- 2Minimum 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience with at least 5 years in a Project Director role or similar demonstrating success in commercial construction delivery
- 3Proven experience managing diverse commercial projects such as retail healthcare hospitality hotel multifamily high-rise office industrial manufacturing restaurants and educational facilities
- 4Strong knowledge of general contracting practices project controls budgeting scheduling Primavera or MS Project and risk management
- 5Experience with software tools like AWS React Kubernetes Spark Airflow
