  • 6Build strong partnerships with Facilities, Campus Planning, Sustainability, and Residential Life to foster shared accountability.
  • 7Communicate operational metrics and strategic updates to senior leadership, using Tableau dashboards for real-time reporting.
  • 8Mentor and develop managers across facilities and operations, promoting a culture of service and continuous improvement.

Requirements7

  • 18-10 years leading complex operations in higher education or large-scale facilities management.
  • 2Proven track record managing budgets of $10M+ and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • 3Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainability practices.
  • 4Experience with change management in a matrixed organization.
  • 5Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
  • 6Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a diplomatic approach.
