The Director leads learning and customer excellence across Global Central Laboratories. Defines strategy drives capability development improves organizational performance and enhances customer outcomes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Define and execute the Client Delivery learning and capability strategy aligned with business priorities and customer outcomes.
- 2Establish competency frameworks proficiency standards and capability models for Project Management Project Design Management and Strategic Partnership functions.
- 3Create role-based learning pathways readiness criteria and development programs supporting employee effectiveness and career progression.
- 4Partner with Client Delivery leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development strategies.
- 5Provide leadership and oversight for onboarding role-based training and continuous learning programs.
- 6Lead the team responsible for PM PDM onboarding and customer experience training programs.
- 7Oversee enterprise onboarding programs that accelerate colleague readiness and reinforce culture and customer-centric behaviors.
- 8Establish governance for learning content curriculum management knowledge repositories training effectiveness and learning standards.
- 9Oversee learning technologies learning management systems digital learning platforms and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve scalability and effectiveness.
- 10Monitor learning effectiveness and implement improvements based on learner feedback proficiency assessments and business needs.
- 11Drive customer excellence initiatives across Global Central Laboratories by establishing standards playbooks and behavioral expectations.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic vocational qualification
- 2Previous experience providing knowledge skills and abilities comparable to 12+ years
- 35+ years of management responsibility
- 4Strong leadership skills
- 5Ability to communicate and understand information with diverse groups
- 6Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
- 7Proficiency using standard office equipment and technology
- 8Ability to perform successfully under pressure while handling multiple projects
- 9Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 10Pass a comprehensive background check including drug screening
Salary Insight
$200 - $270k per year
