Director Integrated Engineering Services
Overview
Lead engineering standards and governance across CCC and CCA driving technical decision making and ensuring engineering integrity. Establish organizational structure and manage shared engineering resources to maximize utilization and align with project demand. Develop capabilities through coaching and foster a culture focused on safety accountability collaboration innovation quality and cost efficiency. Ensure high quality engineering support throughout project phases and monitor industry trends to improve effectiveness.
What You'll Do6
- 1Establish and enforce engineering standards specifications governance processes and technical decision frameworks across CCC and CCA
- 2Drive standardization harmonization and continuous improvement through proven technologies and best practices
- 3Establish organizational structure resource strategy and capacity plans while managing shared engineering resources
- 4Develop organizational capability through coaching mentoring and technical leadership fostering safety accountability collaboration innovation quality and cost efficiency
- 5Ensure delivery of high quality engineering support overseeing quality reliability resource allocation and technical execution
- 6Monitor industry trends and lead initiatives improving engineering effectiveness through standardization digitalization modularization and repeatable design solutions
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Civil or related discipline with minimum 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations and delivering complex industrial capital projects
- 2Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive performance through collaboration and accountability
- 3Strong knowledge of industrial plant engineering capital project development execution engineering delivery models and contractor/vendor management
- 4Experience establishing engineering standards governance practices and resource strategies supporting operational excellence consistency and project success
- 5Strong communication decision-making and stakeholder management skills influencing and collaborating across PMO operations plant regional and corporate teams
