What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver research market intelligence and competitor intelligence to support strategy across segments
- 2Build and maintain financial models on public competitors and adjacencies
- 3Develop competitor profiles market updates and industry analyses
- 4Support live transactions with research business cases DCF and accretion modeling
- 5Partner with finance product strategy and business development teams for evaluations
- 6Utilize external analysts to source insights and incorporate into recommendations
- 7Own executive presentations board materials and strategic recommendations
- 8Work with research firms to produce actionable business insights
- 9Maintain 6+ years experience in equity research competitive intelligence or corporate strategy
- 10Conduct market analysis competitor research and strategic assessments
- 11Apply financial analysis techniques including DCF accretion dilution modeling
Requirements11
- 16+ years experience in equity research competitive intelligence or corporate strategy
- 2Proven ability to build financial models and perform market analysis
- 3Expertise in discounted cash flow modeling and accretion dilution modeling
- 4Experience creating executive presentations and strategic recommendations
- 5Familiarity with external research firms and industry analysts
- 6Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7MBA in Finance preferred
- 8Background in payments fintech or financial technology markets
- 9Experience with M&A divestitures or venture investment activities
- 10Valid unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- 11Strong analytical writing and communication skills
Salary Insight
$146 - $245k per year
