Lead and develop a high-performing BI team to drive analytics strategy across Madewell J Crew and J Crew Factory. Bridge technical teams and business leaders to champion best practices and foster data-driven decisions.

- 1Own the full analytics lifecycle in an Agile environment
- 2Translate business roadmaps into technical requirements and user stories
- 3Manage data standardization ETL and modeling processes
- 4Oversee external BI vendors and development partners
- 5Coordinate analytics efforts across international teams
- 6Stay current on emerging analytics and AI technologies
- 7Explore and implement advanced solutions like machine learning
- 8Lead user enablement through Power BI training sessions
- 9Support BI platform administration and user access management
- 10Drive strategy and design of enterprise-wide analytics solutions
- 11Maintain and enhance BI data models in Snowflake
Requirements11
- 1Master's degree or equivalent in Analytics Information Systems Business Intelligence or related field
- 2Eight years of retail industry experience in Data Analyst or BI roles
- 3Eight years experience with SAP BW HANA QlikView SAP Business Objects
- 4Eight years experience handling large complex datasets using SQL and BI tools
- 5Four years experience leading analyst teams and managing workloads
- 6One year experience architecting AI/LLM-powered agentic analytics solutions
- 7Four years experience designing scalable data transformation workflows with dbt
- 8Experience evaluating third-party AI and analytics solutions
- 9Five years experience with Power BI reports and dashboards
- 10Three to five years experience with Snowflake data modeling
- 11Experience with Git-based version control for Power BI repositories
