- 3Chair the Data Council and participate in the AI Governance Board to approve data and AI use cases
- 4Manage enterprise data catalog metadata standards and stewardship processes
- 5Partner with privacy security and legal teams to enforce global data regulations and privacy laws
- 6Define guardrails for citizen-led AI development using low-code and generative AI tools
- 7Develop and track governance KPIs including data quality scores privacy incidents and model validation rates
- 8Provide hands-on experience and certification opportunities in major platforms
- 9Cultivate a growth mindset and prioritize continuous personal and professional development
- 10Demonstrate customer focus by aligning solutions with client success objectives
- 11Foster inclusive collaboration with privacy security and compliance professionals
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading enterprise data governance initiatives
- 310+ years experience in data governance information management or AI governance
- 45+ years designing and managing enterprise data catalogs with metadata standards
- 53-5 years implementing AI model lifecycle governance and responsible AI principles
- 62-4 years experience with regulatory frameworks such as EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
- 7Strong collaboration skills with privacy security and compliance organizations
- 8Exceptional communication abilities to translate governance concepts into executive insights
- 9Customer-focused mindset prioritizing client success outcomes
