Overview
You will architect a multi-agency AI platform for governed data and AI workflows at TxDOT. You own the technical blueprint for an enterprise agentic AI system, integrating with AWS and Databricks. Collaborate with data engineers and ML teams to deliver production AI. This role drives a high-impact state initiative with clear compliance mandates.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design the agentic AI architecture for data governance, defining data access and audit controls.
- 2Build a production-ready AI workflow with LangChain and LLMs on AWS.
- 3Lead the integration of Databricks for scalable data processing and model serving.
- 4Develop a governance framework for AI model lifecycle, including versioning and bias checks.
- 5Partner with security teams to enforce data masking and PII protection across AI pipelines.
- 6Optimize Kubernetes deployment for AI services and manage auto-scaling.
- 7Create technical roadmaps for AI capabilities, aligning with TxDOT data strategy.
- 8Drive proof-of-concept projects for AI use cases, then scale to production.
Requirements8
- 15+ years architecting AI/ML solutions with a focus on data governance.
- 23+ years hands-on with AWS services like SageMaker and Lambda.
- 3Expertise in Python and AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- 4Experience with Databricks and Delta Lake for data engineering.
- 5Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized AI workloads.
- 63+ years designing enterprise data architectures with Snowflake or Redshift.
- 7Familiarity with LLM security and OWASP AI guidelines.
- 8Texas residency with a valid Texas ID (no relocation accepted).
