Direct Support Professional Residential Personal Attendant

DABS, Inc. seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional to lead individualized supervision for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on ensuring health and safety through proactive behavioral interventions while fostering independence and dignity. You will provide hands-on personal care, support daily routines, and build meaningful relationships with members in our residential homes. Working 30-40 hours per week across weekdays and weekends, you'll support male and female members with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and toileting at our Glendale locations. You'll document progress notes, prepare meals, and transport members to appointments using efficient routes. This role demands flexibility, physical capability, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. You'll manage behaviors using Prevention & Support techniques and uphold DDD licensing standards.

You will own daily living support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Success Rehabilitation, Inc., ensuring their safety, dignity, and personal growth. You will assist with ADLs, implement individualized support plans, and transport clients to appointments and community activities. You will work with CNA-level care in a residential setting, backed by a supportive team and paid training. This role offers full-time and part-time hours with advancement paths in human services.

You will empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent lives. As a DSP, you will join a mission-driven team and support individuals in home and community settings, either as a Personal Attendant or Skills Instructor. Your work will directly impact their health, safety, and daily living skills. This role offers a chance to grow within an organization that values dignity and advocacy.

Direct Support Professionals at All R Friends own the daily support and mentorship of adults with developmental disabilities, helping them gain independence and stay active in the community. You will join a dedicated team in the Supported Living Division, working one-on-one with individuals to build essential life skills and foster genuine friendships. This role stands out for its community-based focus, with outings to libraries, parks, and festivals, and for the 24/7 director support and on-call nurse, ensuring you always have backup.
