What You'll Do11

  • 1Promote PCBS mission embodying vision mission and values statements
  • 2Support person centered philosophy and advocate for residents
  • 3Assist in developing individualized care plans covering medication administration and daily living activities
  • 4Provide direct support services including mobility assistance and crisis intervention
  • 5Facilitate community engagement through transportation and social activities
  • 6Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
  • 7Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
  • 8Complete required training programs such as CPR First Aid and Fit for Duty assessments
  • 9Perform household duties including cleaning cooking and laundry as assigned
  • 10Report safety concerns and contribute to facility maintenance requests
  • 11Drive company vehicles and manage personal protective equipment usage

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent with GED or HiSET
  • 2Valid driver’s license with Class E in Missouri or Class C in Kansas
  • 3Age 18 minimum with good driving record
  • 4Ability to pass background screen and Fit for Duty physical examination
  • 5Strong communication skills for clear verbal and written interactions
  • 6Experience with person centered care approaches
  • 7Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • 8Commitment to maintaining current certifications in required training areas
  • 9Physical stamina for regular lifting moving and transferring residents
  • 10Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
