Direct Sales Leader

Summit Business Group seeks a Direct Sales Leader to drive revenue in Phoenix. This role combines leadership with mentorship and focuses on building a book of business.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead sales initiatives and mentor junior staff
- 2Utilize Salesforce CRM for client engagement
- 3Schedule follow-ups and prospect new accounts
- 4Collaborate with team managers on sales targets
- 5Maintain strong relationships with business owners
- 6Set personal working hours and submit weekly schedules
- 7Balance cold calling and warm lead generation
- 8Submit daily sales metrics and activity reports
- 9Drive client satisfaction through claims support
- 10Obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days
- 11Earn incentives through draws, trips, and bonuses
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 10 years sales experience
- 2Proven training capabilities
- 3Strong organizational and communication skills
- 4Health & Life license or willingness to obtain
- 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6Recent graduates eligible if within 6 months of degree
- 7Experience in customer-facing or outside sales
