Direct Sales Representative, Insurance B2B
Overview
You will own a territory in Phoenix, building relationships with small and medium business owners to sell Health & Life insurance plans. You'll join a supportive team at True North Group, working both in-person and via phone with Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline. This role offers flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential through bonuses and commissions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build a client list of local businesses through cold calling and referrals.
- 2Present insurance plans to groups of 50-100 employees in person.
- 3Set up meetings to review client needs and answer questions.
- 4Follow up on leads and close sales using Salesforce CRM.
- 5Manage your own schedule and report daily sales activities to your manager.
- 6Work with your manager to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 7Provide ongoing support to clients, including claims assistance.
- 8Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions.
Requirements6
- 1Health & Life general lines license, or ability to obtain within 90 days (company covers cost).
- 2Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience, or currently finishing degree.
- 31+ years in outside sales or customer-facing roles.
- 4Ability to teach others in person and online.
- 5Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 6A genuine desire to help and care for others.
