What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations
- 2Ensure compliance with policies procedures and federal state regulations
- 3Oversee staff training development and scheduling
- 4Maintain accurate records of income expenditures supplies personnel and equipment
- 5Act as liaison between building occupants administrators and HCSG staff
- 6Implement regulatory compliance courses and address identified issues
- 7Develop strategies to grow accounts and increase revenue
- 8Execute P&L management and budget oversight
- 9Perform routine repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- 10Support team members in diverse environments with strong interpersonal skills
- 11Transport company vehicles as required
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred
- 2Minimum two years experience in quantity food production service and personnel supervision
- 3Specialized training in dining services management and nutrition desirable
- 4Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds
- 5Residency within service area required
- 6Ability to work around food and cleaning products
- 7Strong organizational time management and communication abilities
- 8Proven success in regulatory compliance and process improvement
- 9Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities
- 10Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
