- 4Operate point of sale systems to transmit orders to bar and kitchen
- 5Communicate effectively with manager and teammates during service
- 6Prepare dining room by completing side work before service begins
- 7Greet guests using their names and provide warm hospitality
- 8Utilize POS systems to track orders and guest preferences
- 9Monitor tables visually to address guest needs promptly
- 10Ensure accurate order transmission and timely table reset
- 11Conclude dining experiences by obtaining payments and delivering bills
Requirements11
- 12 years of a la carte service experience in food and beverage operation
- 2Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 3Registered Borough of Red Bank ABC card certification
- 4Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- 5Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- 6Strong people skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- 7Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- 8Flexibility for varied shifts including nights and weekends
- 9Previous food-service industry experience
- 10Attention to detail and observational abilities
- 11Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
