What You'll Do9

  • 1Design, implement, and test DSP algorithms to solve technical challenges for licensable audio technologies
  • 2Contribute to delivering new customer and partner benefits using active noise reduction and speech enhancement technologies
  • 3Ensure algorithms are robust portable and scalable across multiple platforms and partner products
  • 4Support integration and validation of DSP algorithms on embedded real-time systems
  • 5Adapt and tune algorithms for different hardware software and system constraints in a licensing environment
  • 6Participate in technical evaluations of third-party technologies and conduct make-vs-buy analyses
  • 7Collaborate with internal teams across engineering systems software and product management to support partner delivery
  • 8Debug embedded systems and work with audio lab equipment to resolve complex issues
  • 9Assess and integrate audio library components while evaluating partner enablement opportunities

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading audio signal processing projects
  • 35+ years developing DSP algorithms for embedded real-time systems
  • 4Proficiency programming signal processing algorithms using C Python and Matlab
  • 5Exposure to fixed-point or optimized implementations
  • 6Familiarity with acoustics and acoustic measurements including microphones and audio transducers
  • 7Ability to debug embedded systems and work with audio lab equipment
  • 8Desirable experience with applied machine learning techniques for audio systems
  • 9Knowledge of Bluetooth audio systems and their constraints
  • 10Interest in understanding how DSP algorithms scale across different platforms and partner implementations
