What You'll Do11
- 1Design and develop RF/Microwave systems architecture focusing on Digital Receivers/Exciters
- 2Conduct Test Readiness Reviews and generate documentation including test procedures and reports
- 3Apply technical standards and principles to solve complex engineering problems
- 4Analyze antenna performance and integrate subsystems across the product lifecycle
- 5Lead a team of antenna design engineers and RF analysts through complex integration efforts
- 6Present technical programs to both internal and external stakeholders
- 7Mentor junior engineers in antenna design and analysis practices
- 8Utilize MATLAB and Python for data analysis and system modeling
- 9Ensure compliance with hardware requirements for high-rate production environments
- 10Debug hardware issues and resolve test failures systematically
- 11Drive innovation in RF/Microwave design to meet mission-critical objectives
Requirements11
- 15+ years building Digital Receivers/Exciters with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required
- 3Experience with RF test equipment including signal generators and spectrum analyzers
- 4Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- 5Strong leadership skills for team development and mentorship
- 6Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- 78 years of professional experience in STEM fields preferred
- 8Master's degree acceptable with equivalent experience
- 9Ability to obtain and maintain SCI clearance
- 10Familiarity with high-rate production hardware and space-grade processes
- 11Commitment to delivering optimized product solutions under tight timelines
