What You'll Do11
- 1Produce high quality labels meeting job specifications to align with client standards
- 2Enter time and material data into job management software
- 3Load press with appropriate inks and fill cans according to job requirements
- 4Load plates and tools and adjust press speed alignment as needed
- 5Adjust printing impression and run approval strips
- 6Cut and inspect approval strips for imperfections
- 7Relay job updates to supervisor promptly to reduce downtime
- 8Report production issues to supervisor immediately
- 9Maintain accurate inventory usage records
- 10Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as required
- 11Ensure work area cleanliness and organization
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED with three years relevant experience or equivalent training
- 2One year press operation experience preferred especially with digital presses
- 3Proficiency in basic math operations using various measurements
- 4Ability to read measurement tools and adjust focus
- 5Physical stamina to stand and walk frequently while lifting up to 50 pounds
