Digital & Field Events Marketing Manager

M32 AI seeks elite talent to join a fast moving agentic AI startup backed by Silicon Valley VCs. The role involves leading all company events from industry showcases to virtual webinars while partnering with sales to convert booth traffic into revenue. This individual contributor position offers autonomy to create and execute events with minimal bureaucracy.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own all company events including industry showcases webinars podcasts and onsite gatherings
- 2Source and prioritize events aligning with ideal customer profile and revenue goals
- 3Negotiate contracts sponsorships and vendor arrangements to maximize budget efficiency
- 4Plan and execute end to end logistics covering venue booking AV setup catering and travel
- 5Be on site at every event setting up tearing down booths and troubleshooting issues
- 6Drive pipeline growth through pre show meetings and post event follow ups
- 7Manage event spend across the calendar tracking costs forecasting and optimizing ROI
- 8Define KPIs and produce detailed reports connecting event activity to revenue outcomes
- 9Utilize AI tools for research automation and content creation tasks
- 10Coordinate with sales marketing and product teams to align events with business objectives
- 11Travel 30 to 50 percent during peak seasons with potential European assignments
Requirements11
- 11 to 4 years event marketing field marketing or event coordination experience
- 2Track record of managing events end to end especially at smaller scale
- 3Proven ability to forecast budgets manage spend and negotiate vendor terms
- 4Strong KPI definition and reporting skills linking events to pipeline and revenue
- 5Familiarity with AI applications in marketing workflows such as vendor outreach and reporting
- 6Comfortable using HubSpot for CRM management
- 7Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- 8Experience negotiating with vendors and event organizers
- 9Strong communicator capable of briefing executives and engaging prospects
- 10Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with willingness to travel
- 11Background in B2B SaaS or similar tech environment
