Field Marketing Manager at DatologyAI
Overview
We seek a Field Marketing Manager to own all events at DatologyAI. You will design and execute conferences, leadership speaking engagements, executive dinners, investor dinners, and webinars. This is a full ownership role based in Redwood City, CA with hybrid work four days weekly. The position offers a competitive salary between $170k and $230k plus equity. You will manage budgets, vendors, and logistics while ensuring seamless experiences for attendees and stakeholders.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and execute conferences and field events including venue sourcing, vendor management, and day-of logistics
- 2Lead executive dinners and investor dinners from concept to follow-up
- 3Plan and deliver webinars covering platform setup, registration, and promotion
- 4Coordinate with internal teams to align on timelines and deliverables
- 5Track attendance engagement and ROI metrics to inform future investments
- 6Maintain relationships with founders executives and external partners
- 7Manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- 8Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site operations
Requirements11
- 13-6 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B technical company
- 2Proven ability to own end-to-end events with budgets up to $500k
- 3Strong vendor negotiation and management skills
- 4Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple simultaneous events
- 5Experience with webinars and digital platforms
- 6Ability to interact confidently with C-level executives and investors
- 7Travel willingness to support remote and in-person events
- 8Familiarity with data infrastructure and AI research topics
- 9Demonstrated success in driving measurable business outcomes through events
- 10Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field
- 11Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
